Shipping Policy for Nestlaza e-Commerce

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping across Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or SMS or by phone call.
- 3. Estimated Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days - Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unexpected factors.
- 4. Shipping Fees
Inside Dhaka City Corporation: 50 BDT - Outside Dhaka City Corporation and Other Location: 110 BDT
- Free Shipping may available on specific condition offers by the Nestlaza
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation, and it may be increase or decreased based on the courier provider charge condition.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available in selected locations within Bangladesh.
For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
7. Delivery Issues

Important: If the courier attempts delivery but you are unavailable, please coordinate with them for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged package, report it within 24 hours with clear photos.
- If your order is lost during transit, we will assist in investigating and arranging a replacement or refund.
9. Change of Shipping Address
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is dispatched.
- If you need to update your address, contact us before shipment.
