At Nestlaza, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and affordably across Bangladesh. Please read our delivery rules carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all major cities and most rural areas in Bangladesh.
  • If your area is outside standard delivery coverage, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 – 2 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2 – 3 working days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 7 working days (depending on courier service availability)
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳110
  • Free Delivery: Once conditions or offer is applied
  • Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are payable and non-refundable.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on public holidays are processed the next working day.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services like:

  • Steadfast / Pathao / RedX (for express local delivery)
  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect information, a second attempt may be made.
  • If the customer fails to receive the order after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled.

7. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly advise customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or mismatch:

  • Report it to the delivery person immediately

8. Force Majeure

Nestlaza is not liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier limitations).
