1. Eligibility for Return
You may return a product under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
- A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items are non-returnable (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, earphones) if used or unsealed.
- Electronics or accessories damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Return Process

- Provide the Following Details
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for return
- Photo/video evidence (in case of a damaged or defective product)
- Return Confirmation
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Send the Product Back
- You may be asked to send the item to our warehouse or wait for a courier pickup (based on your location and item type).
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method or bKash.
Note: Delivery or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nestlaza error (wrong or defective product).
5. Exchange Policy
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before handed over to courier service.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery under this policy, where delivery charge will be applicable.
